Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders above $100.  All other orders enjoy and flat $10 shipping rate!

Do you provide local pick-up?

Yes, if you are in the Birmingham, AL area you can select the “Local Pickup” option and we will have your products ready for you at Village Dermatology’s main office.  The address is 2900 Cahaba Road, Birmingham, AL 35223.

Return Policy

Our goal at Lily + Shaw is to provide great products to our customers, so if you are not satisfied, please send an email to info@lilyandshaw.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. 

Please Note: only items purchased on www.lilyandshaw.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Lily + Shaw product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 

STORE CREDIT

If you would like a store credit, then we will be happy to provide you with store credit in the amount of the item(s) you purchased, minus shipping. Our store credits are valid for six months after they are issued. Our store credits are sent via email; therefore, if you did not receive your store credit, please check any and all spam/junk folders for your store credit. If you have completed all of these steps and still cannot locate your store credit information, then please contact us at info@lilyandshaw.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 5-10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lilyandshaw.com.
